The upcoming Full Sturgeon Moon and Lunar Eclipse hold some powerful energies within them.

This moon, in particular, beyond the veil of doubt, embodies resilience, longevity, ancient wisdom, and patience. Also known as the Corn Moon and the Grain Moon, this symbolizes the idea of
“reaping what you have sown”.

Paired with a lunar eclipse, we now add a theme of transformation to the cauldron.

Full Moon brings illumination. Eclipse brings revelation.

Some prompts you may wish to contemplate during this time:

• What in your life has now reached its fullness, and is ready to be harvested?

• What wisdom has been carried to you through those who came before? And what wisdom are you carrying forward for those who come after?

• What has this season taught you about your own strength?

We will open this experience with some delicious ceremonial cacao which was cultivated in the jungles of Peru. This sacred, heart opening plant spirit will flood your cells with nutrients and wisdom.

Following the cacao blessing, we will enter and expand our space through guided breath work and meditation, and seal our intentions through an immersive sound journey.

Please be sure to bring your cozy props (blankets, cushions, eye pillows), some water, a journal or paper and pen if you wish to record any thoughts, insights or give offerings to the fire.
